Rich text is the text module that will be used to add text content to your various pages. 

Our new WebItems® Software v 10.0 has moved Rich Text to it's own module. The benefit of this is that you can add text content to multiple pages as you could previously with our other WebItems® modules such as Photos, Events, Staff, etc., without having to manually enter it in to every page. 

On the Rich Text landing page you will be provided with an index of each Rich Text content addition, which can be searched using the search bar:



You also have the option to sort the list by active status, title, description, or edited date; and in either an ascending or descending fashion:

You can also export the list results, or save this module to your Quick Search menu here:

To add a new Rich Text select the Rich Text from the left hand menu:

Then click on the "+" button in the top right hand corner:

This will take you to the Add Rich Text Page.

The Add Rich Text page will have many elements. On this page you can turn the active status of this content off or on:

You can enter a structured Title which will follow the preformated template:

Then you will enter the text content into the Description box. Using the menu you can format your text accordingly, ie: font, indentation, alignment, size, etc.:

You are also given the option to insert images, links, or videos into your Rich Text content here:

Don't forget to save your work by clicking on the Save icon in the rop right hand corner:

You can delete an existing Rich Text, checkmark the box to the left hand sign and select the red trashcan icon:
